North Penn Legal Services and the Wilkes-Barre Law & Library Association (#53), as a part of the ongoing Pro Bono Initiative for Luzerne County and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, will conduct a Continuing Legal Education Program entitled, Disability Advocacy, Consumer Law and Health Law Issues Advocates Training, on Thursday, September 23, 2010 from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm at Split Rock Lodge in Lake Harmony, Pennsylvania.

This seminar offers a variety of useful information and training for legal practitioners on several different topics. No prior experience or knowledge is necessary for attending these topics. 

The Management Information Exchange (MIE) is sponsoring a Supervising Legal Work Training on September 27-29, 2010 at the Embassy Suites Dublin, 5100 Upper Metro Place, Dublin, OH 43107.

This training is for persons who are immediate supervisors of legal work, including managing and supervising attorneys, litigation directors, and executive directors. The training design emphasizes small group discussions, role play exercises and demonstrations, and therefore is limited to 50 participants. Please be sure to arrive on time and stay through to the end.
