March 12, 2010 – In Volvo Trucks North America v. Wausau Truck Center, Inc., 2008AP1385 (March 11, 2010), the supreme court clarified the meaning of the word "cure" under the motor vehicle dealer statutes and found that a dealer had cured a breach of its dealer agreement in the requisite period of time.

March 12, 2010 — Wisconsin has yet to experience a mistrial caused by the misuse of the Internet or social media in its courts. March 11, 2010 – The Wisconsin Court of Appeals, in State v. Barfell, No. 2009AP1568-CR (March 10, 2010), affirmed the Wisconsin rule that procedural statutes are to be applied retroactively in a case involving a sentencing appeal.
